Five Reasons for a Calendar in Your Game

Over the course of many Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, I've often, but not always, used a calendar to track the progress of the campaign. It can seem like a lot of work with little payoff, but that doesn't have to be the case. If done correctly, you can keep the workload to a fair balance, and the payoffs can be great. So, here are five reasons you should be using a calendar to track your campaign Session Notes  A campaign calendar can be a great place to track session notes. By simply tagging the notes to the month and day of the event, you know what the heroes have been up to and when things happened. Another D&D Advent Calendar Done Wrong!

But strangely, they did deliver product to those who paid, but none of the products shown on the promotion. If you want to see a video of what was included, here's the reveal for day 5. (Note there was a legitimate advent calendar from Adventure Dice in 2020, but it was all dice and the packaging was unimpressive to say the least ...

Yep, I'm still here

Not much to say, except so many things related to Dragonlance and Dungeons and Dragons are going on right now, this would be the worst time NOT to be writing about it. Not sure what my frequency of posting will be, but I'm shooting for at least three a month (hopefully 4-5), not including this little reintro post, and I'll try to cover all the same stuff, including a few new topics, like painting and terrain building.  Anyway, I hope you come along for the ride, it's going to be a long, strange, and fun trip!
